Enriching Communities
As a good neighbor and responsible corporate citizen, we understand our responsibility to give back to the communities where we operate in a meaningful way. We collaborate with organizations that share our goals of promoting sustainability and supporting local economic development. Our focus is on building lasting relationships through engaging partnerships, volunteering and direct financial contributions.
Approach
Crestwood’s social investment strategy takes a strategic and risk-based approach and considers the unique needs and aspirations of each community.
Crestwood’s social investment initiatives are developed to align with our four giving areas:
In 2022, we continued to implement an all-employee and executive compensation key performance indicator that encourages community volunteerism. We exceeded our 2022 goal of 2,000 volunteer hours by more than 40 percent. Additionally, we continued our focus on progressing DEI efforts in our communities, with 58 percent of our charitable donations going to DEI organizations.
The Board of Directors' Sustainability Committee reviews and approves our social responsibility and investment efforts, with the president providing oversight for all activities. Annually, we collaborate with local employees to explore investment opportunities that align with our four giving areas.

Volunteer Efforts
Our employees remain dedicated to serving their local communities by contributing both their time and specialized skills. Each year, Crestwood employees are eligible to receive up to eight hours of paid time off to volunteer at organizations of their choosing.
In 2022, Crestwood employees volunteered more than 2,800 hours.
Each year, we recognize our employees’ commitment to volunteerism by providing a nominated individual with a Volunteer of the Year Award. This recognition was awarded to Cyndi Franks in 2022.
Crestwood Voice
I am honored to be selected as the 2022 Volunteer of the Year! I was always taught to give your time, talent and resources back to your community, and I love that I work for a company that shares those same values. The eight hours Crestwood allots employees annually to volunteer is an incredible benefit that allows me to support charities near and dear to my heart. I am proud to make a difference in the communities where we live and serve through volunteering.

Matching Gift Program
Crestwood’s matching gift program continues to be a crucial aspect of our social investment initiative. We match the contributions made by employees and retirees to eligible organizations on a dollar-for-dollar basis, up to a limit of $5,000. Our third-party platform raises awareness about the program and simplifies the donation process for employees. In 2022, our matching program contributed approximately $142,000 to organizations making a positive impact on society.
